General hotel policies

  1. The check-in time is at 15:00.
  2. The check-out time is at 13:00. a) Late check-out between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. 50% of the nightly rate is charged, taxes not included. b) After 6:00 p.m., 100% of the nightly rate is charged, taxes not included.
  3. For your safety and that of all our guests, at the time of your check-in you will be asked to present the current official identification (INE, passport) of the holder of the reservation, and a copy will be made.
  4. At the time of your check-in, an open voucher will be requested as a guarantee, so you must physically present the credit/debit card with which the payment for the stay will be made.
  5. Children over 12 years enter as adults.
  6. An additional charge will be made for any extra person; the rooms cannot exceed the maximum capacity allowed.
  7. The hotel does not have extra beds or cots.
  8. The entry of pets of any size is not allowed, with the exception of those that serve as companions, emotional support, or service animals, with prior authorization from the hotel.
  9. We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking inside the rooms will generate a penalty of $1,500 MXN for deodorization.
  10. The Hotel does not have facilities for children.

Cancellation policies

LOW SEASON:

You can cancel up to 14 days before the arrival date without any charge. After that limit and up to one day before the arrival date, in case of cancellation, one night's stay will be charged, including taxes, to the guarantee card. In case of canceling on the day of arrival or early departure, the total stay will be charged.

HIGH SEASON:

Non-Refundable Rate. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be canceled, and the charge for the entire stay will be charged to the guaranteed credit card at the time of making the reservation.
