Our bar and restaurant in Mérida is a space in connection with our roots and the history of the region, as well as deeply synergistic with our sister hotel located in Oaxaca, another of Mexico's great destinations.

Here you can find a delicate selection of national distillates, such as the well-known tequila, various types of mezcal and even Xtabentún -a delicious Mayan liqueur of a ceremonial nature made from honey-, as well as cocktails inspired by the flavors of this fertile tropical land.
